Is it fairly easy to change the low beam headlight for a 2004 Toyota Camry? If so, how?

I haven't looked under the hood yet, but was just curious if it was difficult. I've heard you don't need any tools and only need to reach behind the casing and select the correct light to change and then properly remove it. Is this the case? You will turn the socket (usually counterclockwise) and then pull it out. Then just replace the bulb and put it back in.
