How on Earth do you change the headlight in an 03 Chevy S-10??

There is a steel plate behind the headlight assembly which makes it virtually impossible to access the twist thingy that holds the halogen headlamp. They kinda look like maybe they are to adjust it, but look close and you'll see the adjustment bolt 'way further down. Pulling the 2 bolts lets the whole %26quot;bucket' come out
